Glow in the dark banner

Good day T J, I just read the article you attached. Good read (March 2012). What has changed since the article ran?

Several years ago I had a project requiring glow in the dark because the venue did not allow lighted signage. We had a screenprinter coat phosphorescent and then we laid vinyl.

Ultraflexx had a glow in the dark banner, not sure if they still do.
