Has anyone seen this before?

I started it up yesterday and this was on the display. I replaced the main board about a month ago and it was working fine till this. I can still print images and the test patterns are fine but i cant navigate through the menu. I also noticed that the up button doesn't work. Has anyone had this problem before?

possible a loose connection to the panel?

Power off and check the LCD connection. My guess is that is fine.

I would try to update the firmware. If not that, then it could be the LCD panel itself.

FIXED. It was the connection to the LCD panel. I disconnected and re-connected the cable and it worked. Thanks to all.
