have a mutoh 1324 VJ . Error message reads C and M end.

Will assume that the machine is reading the bags are empty, however the bags are 2/3 full. Also used backup cartridge for these two inks, again same error message.
All inks are reading low, except the two above. Any suggestions? Thanks.

It looks like the ink-end sensors are damaged. The sensor is located inside the cartridge holder, beneath the smart card contacts. If it is triggered, it may erase the value on the smart card.
You can check the sensors functionality in the diagnostics menu.

Se asume que la máquina detecta que las bolsas están vacías, pero están llenas hasta dos tercios. También se usó un cartucho de repuesto para estas dos tintas; nuevamente, el mismo mensaje de error.
Todas las tintas tienen baja lectura, excepto las dos anteriores. ¿Alguna sugerencia? Gracias.

Did a self diagnostics on the Self Diagnotics mode. Inspection Menu -Sensor Menu, scrolled to the Ink End no. 14. Displayed indicted "InkEnd' and not CMYK as the guide reference it should display. Also hit entered, for any other displays, and sent me back to sensor menu. So to the reference will need to replaced catridge holder assembly.
question I have did I trouble shoot the above procedure correctly? Anything else I should try? Is the beginning of any other issues down the road I wll have. Already place maintenace and print head. Thanks.
