I have a JV33 that all of a sudden with no warning giving a X Axis Overcurrent error as soon as I turn on the machine (and after the standard boot up sequence)
When the error occurs, the X motor turns at max speed for about 1 second and then the machine beeps with the error message. I was successfully printing the day before and had no jams etc.
So I replaced the X motor, X Axis Motor relay board, regenerative resistive board, swapped the main board with another machine.
The long grit roller has no friction to it - turns nicely.
About a month ago, my Magenta bulk ink system leaked all over the top of the cartridges. I cleaned it up the best I can and had no problems to continue to print.
Anyone with any thoughts or possible solutions??
