Head ID Help!!!

Im having trouble getting into the Service Mode to change the print head ID for the new head we installed.

When I push and hold the Function and Remote keys when I power up, I cannot for the life of me get into the service mode?

Anyone have a quick to do list on how to get into the Service Mode and what prompt to go to to enter the new Print Head ID?
