Head ID; Voltage ?'s

Ok, so i'm installing my first printhead for the JF 1631. I currently at the Head ID part. I just don't know what numbers i enter into the voltage part.

The box i received with the new head has 4 lines. They read;
Driving Waveform (AL): AL3
Driving Voltage for 3-15 drop (V): 25.6
Driving Voltage for 6pl (V): 26.7
Driving Voltage for 12pl (V): 24.6

What do i enter into my printer???
