I tell the customers during training, that they can achieve the sharpest small text by using unidirectional printing, head height low, use pure black, set print heater as high as possible, use decent vinyl and reduce head speed, if needed.
At this time, all nozzles print perfectly straight.
But since we talk about an almost 20 year old printer, things may be different.
In case of deflected nozzles, reducing head speed all the way down to 300mm/s can make sense, before investing 4k in new heads...
