Head speed when printing small stickers on xc-540

So what do people run there printer head speed at for small stickers vs large car wraps or signage? I have an xc-540 and was just wondering if there is a point where you slow it down to where the quality doesn’t get any better and you’re just slowing down production.

I've never "slowed" mine down. We've run 1000's of hard hat stickers. Not had any problems. I'll be curious to see if others have. I don't know how many folks are still running these machines.

Do you run bi directional or uni directional?

I tell the customers during training, that they can achieve the sharpest small text by using unidirectional printing, head height low, use pure black, set print heater as high as possible, use decent vinyl and reduce head speed, if needed.
At this time, all nozzles print perfectly straight.
But since we talk about an almost 20 year old printer, things may be different.
In case of deflected nozzles, reducing head speed all the way down to 300mm/s can make sense, before investing 4k in new heads...
