Heads not printing at all!

Came in this morning, fired up the Roland as usual. First job sent results in no printed image. Heads moving back and forth like normal.

Ran jobs as recently as last night, no problems at all.

Have completed a medium head cleaning with still no ink. Can the heads be dried up? Or is there another plausible reason for no ink whatsoever coming through?

Machine was left in the sleep mode overnight which is usual for us.

Any ideas?

Well, thanks to some great advice by my tech guy, Sam (over the phone) I'm up and running again.

Heads apparently didn't cap perfectly last night. So they completely dried up. Did a little manual cleaning magic and presto! I'm running. Test prints still show some drop-out but I think they'll clear or I'll clean again over the weekend.
