Hello guys i really need your help!

Hello just am new to the forum, really need your help, after spending alot of time and variations searched on internet and found this great forum!

Am in bird rings business after doing trade this year i decide to buy a machinelong and start my own production long short story, the machine is plastic injection and my final product contains aluminium core > then sticker (printed on xerox docu) with text or logo then we put in in tho the mold and plastify it on 210-220 C under high pressure ....

The machine mold has 12 cavities , the problem is that the color and sometimes even the text/logo on the sticker (paper) it gets blurred on the spot from where it injects the plastic into the mold/slot ...

What i really need is some suggestions for printer/machine or paper that will be able to handle the 210-220 C temperature and high pressure so my bird rings be perfect ....

the stickers are 8mm height on 30mm width printer on laser adhesive paper mufflon with xerox docu printer

When you say "Bird ring" I take it you mean leg bands for birds?
Have you tried laminating the vinyl before the injection process?

yes leg bands for birds and pigeons - ive tried and it also blurrs even more :/

Have you tried going with a tyvex label with a liquid protective coatstock. I have a customer looking for decals to go on burn barrels. Everything I found would last last for the time the customer was asking for. Tyvek label stock was about one of the best for durability. Hope this helps
