Need Help Hello, I" Looking to get some advice on what Acrylic brand, people are using to print direct on to.

We have been having having chip out and easy scratch off on extruded and cast acrylics. printing direct with A Tru Fire LT/X2 Flatbed printer.
open to suggestion on other materials or processes to do this.

Paskolite Optix DA and Acrylite digital print .
You could also try wiping the acrylic with a mild soapy water followed by some IPA.

Another thing you could check is how you’re cutting, is the bit old etc.

Last thing is chipping typically occurs when the ink is over cured making the ink become brittle, try lowering your lamps and bring the print to the cutter as soon as possible.
