hello, need help regarding flexisign 8.6v2

Greetings, first of all im new here,
yesterday I encountered a problem with my flexisign, after restart suddenly my software turn into demo and force close. The picture attached is what warning the software say, sorry for my bad english, hope anyone that is familiar with this software could help me.

I've reboot the computer but still the same, may i know where to clear the preferences?

In the program list in windows. You know, Start--> Programs---> Flexi---> Clear Preferences.

It has been some time so it might be "reset preferences" or something like that.

I just had a similar error message and when i checked my Dongle it wasn't lit up,
I moved it to a different usb port and it worked fine.
