Are you using the holder thingies for the vinyl rolls? (yes that's a technical term - don't know what they are called)

Mine tracks too if I don't. It seems to be the rolls aren't wound exactly straight and sitting on the rollers appears to accentuate that. We have a lot of slop on the roll on long runs.

not to be the downer here but i never had good luck with long print runs staying perfectly straight on the SP300. we done wraps with it before max printing width is 28" ish but for the long panels we had to drop it down to 26" to account for the scew then again i never had the "holder thingies" either I just place the material on the 2 roller bars on the back.

Is it on a stand? Do you have a take-up reel? The material needs to hang down and be taken care of. If the material lifts up or is being pushed this can cause tracking issues.

They work pretty good for me. Just finished full 50 yard roll of 54", loading another one. Stays pretty straight, might go off for 1/4 total after roll is done
