Grimco should provide all you need? However, I would caution your use outdoors - unless this is just for short term event use, Most black pvc is not intended / warranted for outdoor use, specifically black. 1/4" will curl in the sun after a month or two in the sun (if not sooner). There is Marine grade use but costs $$$$

Yup, black PVC will warp in the sun. At my last shop we switched to 1/2" white and just painted it black as needed. It was an extra step, but the signs made it through their intended use.
If you want to give it a try, Harbor carries it:
