HELP!! 2015 Silverado Bumper

I have this bumper. I've been installing in the middle, working my way out. The problem is that at the top of the bumper, all of the vinyl is bunching in the curves. How do I install to avoid this? This is my 2nd attempt. How should I wrap this thing with all of it's curves and valleys?

In the 2nd picture, you can see where it's bunching above the light.
