Hey folks my first post here hoping I can get some advice on building a backer and a subframe. The backer will be 12x3’ made from 1/16” aluminum it will consist of halo lit channel letters about 13” in height each letter. I am making the sun frame from 1.5” angle all around with 3 up rights. Now I’m wondering if I put the backer up with the halo lit channel letter attached if it will make the face a bit wobbly/wavey due to weight.. if so is there anything you can recommend to make the sign stay nice and flat once I put it up?
