Help, cutting issues

Software : Flexisign 7.5
Graphtec Signjet Pro 1130

Problem:

It started today, we are cutting vynal for the side of 18 wheeler trailers, the first side went fine, on the second side it just stops on the halfway point in the middle of a 153in cut...I'm stumped ....hellllllllp

How is the 1130 connected to the PC? Parallel, USB or Ethernet?

Most Graphtecs have a length limit that you can up to 99999"... Usually defaulted to 80 inches or so if I remember correctly.
