help daige laminator

ok i stripped the screws out of the motor on this daige after several times readjusting the chain because it keeps jumping.....well anyway when i went to put the thing back together i just plugged the switch in and set the thing on fire . oh well.....i got a new motor but it did not come with a schematic....what wires hook to where on this thing. the switch has three tabs in a row one gold two silvers, there is a green/yellow wire, a blue wire and a thinner black wire. i dont want to plug this in and burn up this motor so could someone pop their switch out and take a look and send me a message here.

Our Daige is called the Wrinkler - Henry Wrinkler

A while back, Henry Winkler was in our town. We got him to sign this.
He said that's cool, but you spelled my name wrong.

Had to tell him the story of the Wrinkler.
