HELP File printing short on Roland VG#540

I am printing a bunch of 24 x 18 pictures on Canvas on the Roland VG# 540 and the PDF file is printing .5" short on the long side only. I checked and file and everything looks ok, So If I print them 24 x 18 side by side, 2 up, the 18" side will print 17.5" and if I turn them around and print them 18 x 24, 2 up the 18 " is fine but the 24" will print 23.5" I have v=never seen this before anyone know why this is happening?

Sometimes there's just no explanation, try saving the PDF with different settings, or save it as an EPS, try outline all fonts, try flattening any transparencies, if all else fails, save it as a JPG.

Check your margin setting as well under properties/ file format.

You have to adjust pf motor steps. Check service manual for that.
