I am trying the find the background graphics that starts a color then goes to dots into another color to make a nice fade look. Anyone know where I can buy the background? Or what you call it?

That's a halftone effect from the lithography printing process, Photoshop should have a filter allowing you to do it several ways (I have no idea what they call it these days but PS4 had it). You can create it on its own layer, then select it easily and apply any gradient and/or opacity you want.
