Help finding a photographer

Don't know if this is a lost cause but I need help finding the photographer that took the attached photo. I know his name is Michael Crabtree and this photo is all over the internet so it must be coming from somewhere. I need to find the source so that I can get permission to use the photo. Thanks for your help.
