HELP ... Gerber Fastrack 650

I've had my Gerber Fastrack 650 for years. All of a sudden my computer is telling me that my dongle is not being recognized. It will only run in demo mode which will not let me cut my vinyl. I tried all 6 different ports with the same results. I called Gerber, but they won't help me out. PLEASE HELP

1- install your software again and overwrite the old installation.

OR,

2- Uninstall the software and install it again.
