Need Help Help Identifying Font

Does anyone have an idea of what font this is or even close to? I'm hoping to not have re-draw this sign.

Most of that looks hand drawn to me. Maybe loosly based on a chunky serif letter like Cooper... but that's even a stretch. I'd probably take this picture and re-draw it in Illustrator and clean it up.
