Help! I'm Drowning!

I've got a huge boat that came in for some audio and the customer wants me to redo his graphics. There's ghosting and everything is faded so I need to get it as close as I can. I have a day to recreate, remove, apply, and also add new boat numbers he wants in the same font as well.

It's almost 5' wide and sloped. With everything else we have going on I was trying to save as much time as possible. But that is my last ditch effort. haha thank you
