HELP! Ink Leak HP 365

Cheeses

New Member
Hey everyone. I walked in and noticed a bunch of yellow ink on the floor this afternoon. Is this something i could potentially tackle myself, or is it time to call in a tech?
I've never experienced a leak on our machines before, so I'm not sure where to start. I've attached some pictures.

No longer working among the Corporate Lizards!
The ink lines are hard and thermo molded to the carriage so you can't just cut and splice the line like you can on solvents, this will be a new ink line assembly replacement you are looking at. HP uses Bell and Howell techs so it is $2,000 and their techs aren't print people, but will do the job, Real techs are about $250 an hour in my part of the country. you could probably just buy the new part and DIY. HPs really suck to work on on, but this should be simple if you have a T15 and T20 hex.
