Help InterCon-Net Tool setup

Ok, I just reformatted my computer and I'm trying to setup the tcp/ip address through the Inter con-net tool and I'm kinda lost. I'm not sure what to do with the inter con-net tool. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

I got it figured out, i forgot i had some Pdf instructions, they worked like a charm. I will include them here in case anyone needs them in the future.

does anyone know if the resetting of the card will work the same with a Mutoh/InterCon hookup?
