Help latex 115 reseat error in one print head

I know this has been talk about but Im having issues with one print head , is giving me the message reseat the printhead and I have tried everything change the print heads, change the trailing cable (by the way thanks as service here in Puerto Rico wanted $3000 to change the lines and trailing cable.) so I did what you guys said and bought it and did it my self very easy.

But Im still having the same problem is not recognizing one printhead.

Any other ideas? Because I dont know what to do. It was working fine until it ask me to change the printhead. The machine is use regularly.
