help...looking for wall removable chalkboard material

I am looking for a wall removable chalkboard material. I am aware of R Tape's ChalkTalk but it says that although repositionable, the adhesive is semi-permanent. Does any one have experience with this material? How is the removability? After what length of time does the adhesive bond start to become more aggressive? Are there any other manufacturers out there with a true wall removable chalkboard material? I see finished products out there claiming to be wall removable so what are they using???? Thanks for any input

maybe laminate it (any supplier's line of chalkboard vinyl) to phototex?

yes that is an option but I know there has to be someone manufacturing this type of material. laminating would be more labor intensive than I am looking for on this project.
