Help me understand these specs....

I'm looking at the CE7000-60 and I'm trying to understand what these specs mean. Can someone help me understand these 3 specs so I can accurately compare machines:

Minimum character sizeApprox. 5 mm (0.016") alphanumeric (depending on character font and type of media)
Programmable resolutionGP-GL: 0.1 / 0.05 / 0.025 / 0.01 mm, HP-GL™: 0.025 mm
Repeat-abilityMax. 0.1 mm in plot up to 2 m (*1)

Can it not cut anything smaller than 5mm?
What is the difference between program resolution and repeat-ability?
Anyone translate this numbers into English?

Thanks in advance!!!

If you are comparing the Ce7000 to the GX24 these specs are the absolute last thing you should worry about, those specs are useless in a practical sense. The Graphtec is a much better machine
