Help needed on designing a radius face sign

Hi All! i've been tasked with recreating a open-face neon sign that has a slight radius.


I design in Corel Draw and while this same sign, if flat, would be no problem, i'm not sure how to handle the radius as I know it will add a little length to the neon tubes and channels. Any pro tips?? Thank you in advance!
