I posted this topic here becuase the hardware section miscellaneous plotters gets by all accounts almost no views.
I have a Rabbit HX720, most of the time it works fine for a cheap plotter, however it occassionally will not allow the offline button to be set, the offline button is used to allow the cutter blade to be moved to a specific point on the roll, push the button and nothing happens, seems to do it for a few days and then comes good again, anyone else have this problem and anyone else have recommendations for a fix other than get rid of it
