Help Pantone colour Convertion

hi all i was hoping someone might be able to help us. we have been given some pantone colour codes from a client which Pantone themself have said look to be from one of the old Colour Bridge books. but as these books aren't in production anymore pantone aren't will to convert them to a PMS number.

so if anyone has a colour guide that has

DS 231-3 U and DS 309-3 C

if anyone has some info on these i would appreciate

These are Process color swatches that are still used and are built in to Adobe products like Illustrator and In-design. i don't use these but they were there. Assuming the colors were a pale yellow & a sort teal blue?

Here are the cmyk values for each

DS231-3: 80,5,5,30
DS303-3: 15,0,75,30
