Help please font ID

Here's a font I need to match in order to add licence # and such things of my client's rig. He went to another shop for the doors last year but the guy left the business.

Damn, I hate it when the numbers aren't aligned and designed with the same specs as letters... I know the guy wouldn't take it "as it" so it forces me to do some magic in order to get a smile instead of an «angry bird» face...
