I got nothing so far.
It's not BIRCH, but that would be a better choice. A couple others to consider would be OL LATIN CLASSIC or LATIN ELONGATED (Wooden Type Co.)
On BIRCH, the juncture of the K is different and it has a consistent stroke width to the trunk, the arms and serifs of the E are consistent, unlike the sample. I'd say that the sample is a poor knockoff or wannabe (freebeefont)
