Help pricing a LED cab/panel project

I'm new to working with cabinet signs, stuck mostly to vinyl. But have been getting many requests lately to replace panels etc. My question is about pricing...what is a reasonable markup to retail when getting panned acrylic panels finished with art from a wholesaler. My current project is for a Polaris dealer and they need 1 - 8' x 4' LED cabinet to house existing panels they got from Polaris, 4 - 3' x 6' panels and 3 - 3' x 8' panels.
My cost from the wholesaler:
8' x 4' LED cabinet - $2320.00
6' x 3' panel each - $614.00
8' x 3' panel each - $790.00
I know I have to cover my time managing the project and designing the art, but what is appropriate to mark up on the cabinet and panels without over charging or leaving money on the table?

Darn, I opened this hoping to see other shops pricing ideas !

Well since I'm the only one here so far:
-Make sure shipping is covered, and then make sure to charge ( at least $100 ) to receive crates, open and inspect everything, and consider your costs to dispose of crating ( will you need to cut up crates ? ).
-Are you equipped to transport, and then lift signs into location ? - if so good, be sure to charge ( at least $400 ) - and charge for travel.
Once you have all these things more than covered, then apply ( at least 25% ) markup.

Feel free to add to all of these numbers ( at will ) - the service you provide is like magic to most customers, and in fact ( sadly ) getting a couple of workers out in a truck to do something almost is magic these days : )
