Help Printing MacTac DecoSatin on L25500

I have uploaded the correct profiles to Onyx, when I go to print my print head is catching the edge of the material. I have the vacuum up to almost 50. Not sure what I am missing. Any one have any suggestions?

Make sure to use media clips on either side of the material. The edges shouldn’t curl, unless the heat is too high.
