Hi Everybody!
This is my first post and I really could use some help. We are trying to change out old computer before it dies but
when we send anything from flexi to roland gx300 cutter it reads poll size in reverse. What that means is my
cutter is 30in and say roll is 984in, it will read it as 984 wide and 30 long and it will not let me even adjust it
myself. It stops at 29.020 in. long which now I can't cut anything with any length. It worked fine on the xp computer
now after upgrading to flexi 10.5 it will not read correctly on the old xp or the newer win 7 computer. Any thoughts?
