HELP! Sp540v New head doesnt prints

My new head doesnt prints, the fuses are ok and the old head prints! Help me.

First when i tried writting the code on the printer it wouldnt work as you can see in the photos first the codes doesnt match and then the code of the box has a C on the last line wich in the printer i only can put numbers, bought them on ebay from china.

If you bought them from china 99% chance it is an old faulty head. That is why they are cheap. Get a new head from a legitimate dealer and it will work fine.
Don;t worry about the head rank code as the head will still work without this being inputted

It cost me $650 + 50 of shipment. Also im trying to making it work with one white head and the gold one installed (some sites says it wouldnt work but doesnt specify in which aspect)

They dont want me to return it as they say that is user issue. Im not dumb but they still think is air in the hose the problem itsnt they also think could be dampers y changed them for some new, also changed the cables.

I think there is a problem first the rised the price and the other ks that now it says For Mimaki, and when I bought it said for mimaki, roland, mutoh

Yes the head will be for mimaki from the code, but if it works it will still work fine in a Roland without entering the code

Sorry I meant to say the underside of the head to see the condition. It doesn't look new though as it should have a number written in pen like the head on the right. The Chinese sellers often get old heads and just clean the outside which can end up losing that number plus the original head rank sticker and sell them as new or refurbished
