We are an equipment painting company looking for full-time (or possibly part-time) help in our sign and decal business. The responsibilities in the position are somewhat flexible depending on experience and capability. We are not a full service sign shop so the ideal candidate will be expected to serve a few roles within the business with the bulk of it being basic sign tasks. We will train the right person that has the required skills as long as they have a good attitude, willingness to learn and a desire to grow with the company. Required Experience:
Weeding
Laminating (machine and manual)
Trimming
Mounting
Masking
Applying cut and print vinyl on vehicles and machines. Wrap experience is not needed.
Preferred Experience but not required:
Cutting ACM and aluminum with a stomp shear
Running a printer (Mimaki and Roland)
Coreldraw for layout and minor tweaks
Print RIP software (we use Rasterlink and Versaworks)
Running a plotter
Operating a forklift
Working in a production based business
Other experience considered:
Industrial painter
Bodywork / Paint Prep
Fiberglass
Shop management in a production environment
Inventory tracking
Job Scheduling
All applicants must be drug free, have their own transportation, be legal to work and pass a drug test & background check. There is no smoking on company property and we do not permit cell phone usage while working. Bilingual is a plus.
This is a fast paced work environment with moderate physical demands.
