Hello from the great up-state of New York!
I have a customer that we create door protectors for light poles in their parking lots. we normaly just use quarter inch foam inside of a scrim banner thats been sewn into a pillow. these work great as it allows us to personalize them but with the cold weather coming the vinyl has been getting cold enough to scratch peoples doors instead of absorb the blow.
we have thought of replacing the vinyl with a product like mambo fabric thats 100% polyester but the raiting is only 6-months outdoors.
anyone have any ideas of material/ method! (besides getting people to not hit the poles!)
thanks!
