Help with Contour Cut in Flexi 19 using HP 335 Print and Cut

Hi,

I have been using our HP 335 Latex Print and Cut setup for a few months and really love it. I need help configuring a file to kiss cut vinyl and then come back with another pass and cut through around the outside of the file.

I guess you could think of it like making a sticker sheet. Kiss cut where the sticker is and the cut through in a square on the outside of the page so we can pop it out.

Is this possible?

Make another cut line and name it something else.
I think these are the "official" ones.
• CutContour for Kiss Cut lines
• PerfCutContour for Flex Cut lines
Then before printing make sure you can see two different cut lines in the job properties.
Make sure that the other one has the flex/thru cut selected. That will make the difference.
Before cutting make sure you have correct settings for flex cut in the cutter. You also need to take out the knife more than usual.
