Help with Font Identification

Hi. I have a customer who needs me to design this logo, but I cannot find any suitable font. Does anyone know what font this is? Sorry for lousy pic, but this is all they had to provide me....

thanks for your help. The client was happy we got his logo re-designed (a merger with another company that needed this incorporated, with some additions/modifications). We did same-day turnaround for about 12 signs and sets of vehicle graphics using the design. The assistance received using this forum was critical and well appreciated.
