Quite possibly Piel Script from Alejandro Paul / Sudtipos and its bazillion alternate glyphs. If it's a hand lettered variation of Piel Script, It's a damned fine rendition.

Ale Paul produces some gorgeous fonts and he has quite a flair for alts! Spendy stuff but worth every penny.
