Help with GCC PUMA II?

My cutter is cutting way to hard, I've adjusted the blade and it cuts fine for a couple of minutes then it goes down way to hard again. The cutter is also cutting random circles and lines ect... on its own. Any ideas what the problem is?? Thanks!

Likely your problem is...that it's a PUMA...j/k, I have no idea...good luck!
