Help with HP Latex 64 Cutter (Summa copy)

Just developed an issue with this cutter - don't know where to start to try and fix. When I load media into the cutter and close the back lever, the machine starts to push the media forward (down) and normally where the ending barcode/registration marks are, it would stop and reverse back to the starting position. Now, it just moves the entire sheet down until it falls out. Any ideas?

There's a small sensor on the platen. Close to the large roller. Clean that and see if it helps.
