Help with making changeable letters

We are trying to make changeable letters. I found the font style I need in the Gemini book however they do not have the size I need. I need them 10" letter. I am looking to make the AD style. Does anyone have the file to print/screenprint from for this style. It is halftoned with dots.

My only problem about that is gemini quoted me a certain price, and then found out that they do not carry the size I need. I have gotten quotes using the wagner and they are the price I was charging the customer. Does anyone know where I can get the halftone file from
