Help with making these decals

Hello,

Taking a guess here.

1) The print on the glitter material.
2) they die cut the glitter material.
3) They weed the glitter material.
4) They mount the glitter material to convex or substance or 3m clear for football helmet decals.
5) They laminate over it with convex clear.
6) They kiss cut.

Sounds like it can be tough to align the glitter on the convex so it will match the die line. Any other ideas or anyone with a proven process on how to make these?

or did I miss something and there is glitter foils I can use with the edge fx?

It's better to have two hands than one glove.
If memory serves, this was the way I did functionally the same thing a few years back.

Note that the outer border merely serves to set the registration marks outside of all of the action and hold them constant for each of the two contour cut passes.

Also note that, depending on your software, you may have to send the job twice. Once with the blue lines as contour cut and once with the green line as contour cut. Print and cut the first job but just cut [do not print] the second job. Depending.

Question...

I have to mount the glitter to convex so it has the correct adhesive for the helmets.

Is the glitter material adhesive tack forgiving enough to weed off the convex material ?
