Help with material/substrate

Hi I'm wondering if anyone might now what this material might be. Fuzzy picture I know but it is basically 1/8" acrylic with a white/mother of pearl look to it. Name has been engraved and paint filled but I can't seem to place what that was engrave into. If anyone has any suggestions I appreciate them in advance.
