Help with new Sp300v Mainboard

Hi all,
Mainboard got fried by tree that got hit by lightening and shorted out electric lines outside our building. Took out the surge protectors in the building, some of the computers, even the usb repeater cable the printer was hooked to, but not the computer it was hooked to.

Anyways, I obtained a new board from Roland and just need the Peck Tool to reload the firmware onto the board... any help would be appreciated
