help with plotter

i have a roland cam1pro gx500 cutter. and after i sheet cut it will continously keep cutting till i shut the power off
and sometimes when i turn on it locks up. any help thanks john

Might be helpful if you tell us what program your using to cut with. Usually these problems are related to the program, not the cutter.

There is a cut off fetcher he is talking about. and sorry I have one but no clue
