Help with spot color/gradient

Hi, I'm having a huge problem changing the spot colors for a Roland printer on this file...I can change the font colors with no problems...The problem I'm having is changing the spot colors on the top image but still keeping the gradient...If anyone can help be with this I would be greatful....Thank for any info...

The Roland spot colors I would like to use are...

RVW-ST24K for blue
RVW-ST41K for red

I broke out the file into 3 colors instead of 2, that should allow you to change the colors to what you want. Sent you a PM for email address request so I can send it to you
